Return and Refund Policy - All Sales Final

At Maria Do Carmo, each piece is crafted as a one-of-a-kind, making every purchase special and unique. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello.mariadocarmo@gmail.com, and we will do our best to address any issues.

Duties & Import Taxes

Please note: UK customers are responsible for paying duties and import taxes upon delivery for purchases over £150. These fees are not included in your order total and will be charged by the courier at the time of delivery.
