- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or Portuguese holidays.
- Custom Orders: If your order includes custom requests, please allow additional time for production. You will be informed of the expected delivery time upon placing the order.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Portugal & Islands: We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times range between 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide, including to London, New York, and other major cities. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and can range from 7-14 business days. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
3. Shipping Carriers:
We work with trusted shipping carriers such as DHL and national postal services, depending on your location and preferred shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Shipping (Portugal): Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and package size/weight. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Tracking Your Order:

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges vary from country to country and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential additional charges before placing your order.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods.
- Shipping is not available to countries currently restricted by local regulations or trade embargoes.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.mariadocarmo@gmail.com with your order details and images of the damaged items.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations:
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled if it has already been processed and shipped. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at hello.mariadocarmo@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order.
